The India Business Forum was pleased to partner with LTM South Africa for an inspiring engagement bringing together leadership, young professionals and interns around technology, skills, innovation and the future of work.

We were honoured to have H.E. Shri Prabhat Kumar, High Commissioner of India to South Africa, share his insights on the growing India–South Africa partnership in AI, technology and innovation. Shri Manju Kygonahally, Chief Business Officer – Europe and Africa, LTM Ltd., shared perspectives on LTM’s growth and expansion across Africa, with South Africa as an important focus market.

A special highlight was celebrating LTM’s young talent and training milestones, with 85% of the associates being women — a powerful testament to inclusive skills development and the importance of creating opportunities for women in technology.

Ms. Maya Bhatt, General Secretary, India Business Forum, delivered inspirational remarks, joined by Ms. Slauzy Zodwa Mogami, Founder & Chairperson of Leading Ladies of Africa (LLOA), Ms. Rashmee Raghavan, Head – Advanced Manufacturing, South Africa, and Mr. Thabang Mamaru, Deputy Director – Services, Department of Trade, Industry and Competition.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Ashutosh Tripathi, Head – South Africa and Rest of Africa, LTM Ltd., who reaffirmed LTM’s commitment to developing local talent, driving innovation and contributing to Africa’s digital transformation.
