The 6th India-Africa Entrepreneurship & Investment Summit 2026, held in Cape Town from 13–15 July 2026, brought together over 200 entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, senior government officials and business leaders from India, Africa and across the world to advance trade, investment and innovation.

The India Business Forum (South Africa) was proud to support this important platform and actively participate through its member companies in panel discussions and roundtable sessions across a range of strategic sectors, reinforcing our commitment to strengthening India–Africa business partnerships.

The Summit was inaugurated with a keynote address by His Excellency Shri Prabhat Kumar, High Commissioner of India to South Africa and Lesotho, who highlighted the growing economic partnership between India and Africa and the vast opportunities for collaboration in entrepreneurship, investment and sustainable development.

The event was honoured by the presence of Mr. Prithvirajsing Roopun, Former President of Mauritius, and Hon. Alan Richard Winde, Premier of the Western Cape, alongside distinguished leaders from government, industry and academia.

Over three days, the Summit featured insightful keynote addresses, high-level panel discussions, sector-focused roundtables and business networking sessions, fostering meaningful dialogue and creating new avenues for trade, investment and innovation between India and Africa.

The India Business Forum remains committed to promoting stronger commercial ties, facilitating partnerships and supporting initiatives that contribute to inclusive economic growth across both regions.
